2. Purpose of the Site
Casa M. Roseto offers online sales of vintage items, ceramics, textiles, home furnishings, unique pieces, home decorations, and handcrafted creations.
Many products are vintage items or selected as unique pieces: they may therefore show slight signs of age, minor imperfections, or characteristics inherent to the object, which attest to its authenticity and uniqueness.
3. Products
Images, descriptions, measurements, materials, and conditions of products are indicated in their respective product pages.
Casa M. is committed to representing each item as accurately as possible. However, colors, proportions, and details may vary slightly depending on the device used by the User.
Product availability is limited. Many items are available in only one piece and may not be restocked.
4. Prices
All prices shown on the site are expressed in euros (€) and, unless otherwise indicated, are to be understood as VAT included.
Shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process before order confirmation.
Casa M. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, provided that the customer will be charged the price visible at the time of order.
5. Orders
An order is considered confirmed when the User completes the purchase process and receives the confirmation email.
Casa M. reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- product not available;
- obvious error in price or description;
- payment not successful;
- incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
In case of cancellation, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
6. Payments
Payments can be made through the methods indicated at checkout, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other systems that may be available.
Payment data is handled directly by payment service providers. Casa M. does not store complete credit card numbers or banking information.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User during the order process.
Shipping costs vary based on product type, weight, size, and destination.
Items are carefully packaged, particularly fragile products such as ceramics, glass, and decorative objects.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to causes not directly dependent on Casa M., such as courier delays or periods of high demand.
At the time of delivery, the User is invited to check the integrity of the package. In case of visibly damaged packaging, it is recommended to accept with reservation or refuse delivery, promptly notifying Casa M. of the incident.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send written notice to:
indicating:
- first and last name;
- order number;
- product purchased;
- intention to withdraw from the purchase.
The product must be returned intact, complete, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise agreed or in case of defective/non-conforming product.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, but Casa M. may withhold the refund until receipt of the product or until proof of return shipment.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law, including:
- customized or made-to-order products;
- sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
- products damaged by the User or returned incomplete.
10. Vintage Products and Unique Pieces
The User acknowledges that many items offered by Casa M. are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or selected as unique pieces.
Any signs of age, minor irregularities, color variations, light wear, or imperfections consistent with the age and nature of the object are not to be considered defects, but inherent characteristics of the product.
Casa M. describes the condition of items with the utmost care within the product pages.
11. Legal Warranty
For Consumers, the legal warranty of conformity provided by current regulations applies.
In case of non-conforming, damaged, or different product from what was ordered, the User is invited to contact Casa M. at:
attaching a description of the problem and photographs of the product received.
12. Liability
Casa M. is not responsible for delays, service disruptions, or non-delivery caused by events beyond its control, including courier issues, force majeure, strikes, weather events, or errors in the address provided by the User.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the order process.
13. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Any discount codes, promotions, or offers are valid according to the conditions indicated on the site or in the promotional communication.
Casa M. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
